GENERAL INFORMATION
All Our products are drawn from solid bar, and produced using CNC machines to guarantee the hightest degree of precision during machining. Discacciati Brake Systems assures that is products are designed to meet the highest safety standards. They should not be used for purposes other than those for wich they were desogned, however. Use for other purposes, modification or tampering could alter the way the product functions and compromise safety. All repairs and revisions must be carried out solely by Discacciati Brake Systems.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.Prices

All quoted prices and rates are in EUR (see Currency Converter).

Shipment outside Italy however in the UE* Countries (including shipment to San Marino)

20% VAT is always to be added to any prices/rates, for private customers only.

On the contrary, VAT is not debited to firms with a regular VAT Number (not taxable ex art. 41 / not taxable ex art. 71 only in San Marino).

Shipment outside UE Countries* (including shipment to Vatican City)

VAT is not to be added to prices and costs to both privates and firms, according to article No 8 of VAT Regulations (article No 71, in Vatican City).

In those Countries, however, goods may be subject to taxation on arrival (usually Customs duties and VAT). We are not in a position to assess the amount of such charges, and you are requested to apply to the Customs in your country for further information. Any tax or duty shall be however at customer’s charge and will have to be paid to the carrier on delivery of goods

2. Deliveries

Goods are delivered during normal working hours. We can’t possibly arrange for deliveries to be made by appointment. The Goods travels to risk and danger of the committente even if sold Frank destiny

3. Guarantee:

Our products are protected by a guarentee which covers defects in the raw materials used or deriving from the production process. The producer must be notified immediately of any non-conformities and the goods returned within 8 days of delivery, with the sales receipt showing the date of purchase. At its own discreption the company will either replace or repair the non-conforming item. Any tampering or modification of the product will render all formo f guarantee null and void.

When shipping address is outside Italy shipping fee depends on country where we ship.
As we need to charge your credit card with this cost we need to calculate before let you transfer on the bank page. It can't be made by an automatic software but only by an operator who (within 24 hours Mon-Fri) will calculate this cost and who will send an e-mail containing the total amount of your order shipping included.
So at the end of the first procedure you will not pay, you will pay when you'll receive our e-mail.

Worldwide delivery: we ship worldwide, prices are different and depend on destination and weight. Payment link will include the shipping cost.
